**Length: 12 months**
**Pay Rate: $20 - $24.50/hour**
**Interview Process: Phone call, then onsite Interview. No travel**
? Perform technical tests and experiments for process R&D, including the set up and operation of experimental equipment
? Prepare records, charts, and graphs of test results
? Operate metrology tools, (including particle counter, film thickness measurement, and others as needed), to qualify results and optimize processes
? Adjust hardware/software parameters to correct issues or execute experiments
? Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot process/integration problems
? Perform minor electrical or mechanical troubleshooting on equipment
? Maintain an organized laboratory environment
? Minimum of 2-3 years of semiconductor processing or laboratory experience, wet chemistry experience is a plus
? Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining laboratory equipment
? Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
? Self-starting individual with strong technical and hands-on skills
? Associates degree or equivalent experience with at least 4- 6 years working in biochemistry labs or similar type environment
* RCG with a bachelor's degree with deep experience with wet chemistry may also work well.
Physical Requirements: Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds is required. May require the use of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more hazardous element or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, laser radiation, etc.
